OsiriX HD

The OsiriX HD is a full DICOM image viewer for iOS which supports DICOM files and DICOM Network protocol support such as C-STORE SCP, C-MOVE SCU, C-FIND SCU, C-GET SCU and Wado. This app allows downloading and manipulating series of images directly on your iOS device and displays images from various imaging modalities such as CT scanner, ultrasound, MRI, PET and others. By using a multipoint touch screen interface the user can zoom, pan, cine, measure object size using a line measurement tool, and adjust the contrast and intensity of images.

It is fully DICOM-compliant and images can be received from any DICOM imaging device through WiFi/3G networks. However, the images are limited to 1024 x 1024 pixels and large image file are downsampled. Therefore it is not suitable for primary diagnosis.

It is available in English, French, Italian and Japanese.
